I am able to draw on my life expeirience as well as my notable business success. Prior to my entry to the world of realty, I received a BA in Communications at the University of the Pacific, did Graduate work at the University of Redlands and was a top sales person for both Procter and Gamble and Merck Sharpe and Dohme. My educational background and my sales training give me a unique edge in negotiations. I have my Broker's license and have spent many years working for a top Real Estate company here in Marin. For many people, 2009 has been a year of contraction and insecurity, but for me 2009 has seen an exciting change! I joined Alain Pinel, and am thrilled about the service and quality they offer to their agents and clients.
I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist, SRES, trained in helping people achieve success during life's transitions. My network has made it possible to form "Transitions" a collaboration of professionals willing to assist seniors with this very significant time in their lives.
I also hold the E-Pro certification. This National Association of Realtors designation allows me to network with other "tech savvy" Realtors and provide my clients an even further reach.
Real Estate is a business that I take very personally. I think of my clients' goals as mine and value their trust. I try to make the process of buying or selling a home an enjoyable one by providing advice and support. My clients expect 125% on my part. I would not think of giving any less.
