Prior to my entry to the world of realty, I received a BA in Communications at the University of the Pacific, did Graduate work at the University of Redlands and was a top sales person for both Procter and Gamble and Merck Sharpe and Dohme. My educational background and my sales training give me a unique edge in negotiations.

Myriam Noel McCarthy

Since 1999 Myriam has built an enviable command of the dynamic Real Estate market in The Bay Area, especially in Southern Marin County. She attended Parsons School of Design, where her passion for both style and construction blossomed. This passion led her to renovate and turn several residential projects.? Myriam is a contradiction in terms between creative visionary, and analyst/strategist - proof that both sides of the brain can work together in one person. On the personal side, Myriam grew up in Montreal and lived in NYC for 12 years. She relocated to the Bay Area in 1998. Since moving to Mill Valley, she has been devoted to understanding her community. As a parent to her children Emma and Sean, she gets a close up view of why so many families seek out the the social and educational opportunities in Marin. Acting as the chair of multiple fundraising events and organized sporting, creative, and cultural activities, Myriam has sought to give back to the community she loves. An avid runner Myriam has participated in several marathons and racing triathlons. You might see her and her dog Lola training on Mt. Tam daily.
