Myriam Noel McCarthy

This year Myriam joins the Youngling Group bringing with her a keen design eye, renovation and building experience and unbounded energy. Myriam attended Parsons school of design in NY, prior to her Real Estate career. She was also one of the founders of fitness center that expanded to be one of the Bay Area’s best. Now she take this can do attitude to Real Estate in Marin.

Susan Gordon

Susan assists our clients and us with paperwork from listing to close of escrow. Susan is a Realtor with over 12 years of experience. Susan is a wonderful resource for all office tasks. She also is a great open house holder coming prepared with the latest information.

Carllie Tilton

Carllie is a new addition to the Youngling Group. Previously selling new construction in Palm Desert, she is returning to her Marin home. Carllie’s knowledge of Marin will help buyer and sellers alike. She works as a licensed assistant within the group.

Steve Dickason
Steve acts as our county wide manager. He was the manager of Pacific Union Marin prior to joining Alain Pinel. Steve's insight and experience is a wonderful asset to Cathy and her clients.

Craig Silverstri
Craig also joins Alain Pinel after a long Real Estate career, most currently at Pacific Union. Craig oversees our transactions to make sure we cover each and every base.
